Lorraine Marshall
Lorraine Marshall understands the different ways to benefit her business clients — by using her business expertise, people skills and professionalism to connect companies in the Las Vegas Area with other small and large businesses. As President of Irenic Consulting Group, LLC, she generates successful results for her clients by understanding their needs and utilizing her Six Sigma Blackbelt experience to resolve concerns and find workable solutions. She has earned the reputation of being a successful businesswoman by owning several retail businesses along with Irenic which specializes in diversity training, recruiting and consulting DBE/MBE/WBE businesses. She attends to each job personally and recruits those around her to do the same.
Her hard work, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence inspires success in any group to work toward successful contracts and sustainable working relationships.

Has over 25 years of experience working in a construction and engineering environment with Reynolds Electrical and Engineering Company, Bechtel Nevada, National Security Technologies, Bechtel SAIC and USA Repository Services

Lorraine earned her B.S. Administrative and Managerial Sciences & B.S. Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is Chair of DreamSpring Alternative Financing (formally Accion) Client Advisory Board and serves on the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension Board, Nevada Department of Transportation DBE/SBE Advisory Group, and is a member of the Nevada Contractor’s Association Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has served on the Urban Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Sunrise Hospital Institutional Review Board, Opportunity Village Board of Directors, State of Nevada Vocational Rehabilitation Council and Clark County Air Pollution Control Hearing Board.
Lorraine is an owner in AC (Airport Concessionaires), LLC is a joint venture partner in the Hudson Las Vegas JV. AC is an owner in over thirty stores at McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas, NV, including Coach, Victoria's Secret, Life is Good, Tech on the Go and the Hudson News and Gifts stores. AC, LLC, is a certified ACDBE airport concession retail company. Lorraine is also an owner in Candy Cove, a candy store, at McCarran International Airport.
Clifton Marshall
Clifton Marshall, the Vice-President of Irenic, is a registered architect in the State of Nevada and served as Vice Chair of the Clark County Planning Commission. He understands the needs of small businesses and how to make them successful. Clifton has served as the Chair of the Small Business Advisory Council of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Urban Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas. He is President of AC, LLC dba Airport Concessionaires and Candy Cove.
Clifton earned a B.S. Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA. He has served on the Nevada Economic Development Coalition and the Southern Nevada Water Authority Integrated Water Planning Advisory Committee.
